  2. Communication & Updates: We use your contact information to send you important updates about program schedules, safety information, and administrative announcements. This is based on our legitimate interest in ensuring the smooth operation of our programs (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

  3. Safety & Security: To ensure the safety of all children in our care, we may handle necessary personal data as required for individual situations. This processing is based on our vital legitimate interest in protecting the welfare of children (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

Photography & Media (with consent) Indefinitely for archival and promotional purposes, unless consent is withdrawn.
